State and local affiliate approached by Priority Schools Project Strategic plan developed to parallel school district’s Partnership begins with 1:1 conversations Identify and fill gaps with Priority School’s and NEA programs and opportunities Recruit, organize, and develop potential leaders Student-centered, research-based approach to work
