Projectile Motion A projectile is an object moving in two or three dimensions only under the influence of gravity

Free Fall and Projectiles
All objects accelerate toward the Earth, near the surface, at the same rate equal to m/s2 (neglecting air resistance). Vector Quantities not parallel are independent of each other. A projectile follows a parabolic path. The horizontal velocity of an object in projectile motion is constant.
