What does your vote mean?

A no Vote Means you believe that Still Waters is not an acceptable home for us If you vote no, we will: Continue to look Begin search for rental property Be in rental space for indeterminate amount of time and money

A Yes Vote Means you believe that Still Waters could be an acceptable home for us  If you vote yes, we will: Continue to look Begin search for rental property Do due diligence Begin preparations to move

What is due Diligence The process by which we learn as much about property and how we can live in it to determine if:   We can modify it to meet our needs We can afford these modifications  We can get it into a “good enough” initial state to move in by September 15

Due Diligence Process Project Phoenix will keep Board apprised of status of due diligence. If there is an issue, Project Phoenix will bring concerns and possible solutions to Board. For some situations, the Board may decide to have a special business meeting. For instance, if we want to consider taking a mortgage. For others, we may call on team with specialized knowledge (like AIM) for advice and help.
