Design notes: This is a conceptual draft only. There is no attempt here to link the support table to the floor. Details of the measurement devices are not shown. Any beam paths which are not vertical, will need a different design for the vacuum vessel. This has yet to be considered in detail. It is currently assumed that there are no magnetism issues to be considered. This should be verified before the final design approval. The relative thermal expansion of various parts within the design will need to be understood once a more detailed concept has been produced.
