The security of the United States lies in the trust of each individual. When granting your clearance, the Government says you are trustworthy and will protect classified information.

The Non-Disclosure Agreement (SF312)
Are still legally bound by this document to protect classified information Don’t assume material in open sources are declassified Don’t transmit or communicate any classified to any unauthorized person or activity Contact FBI if any attempt to solicit such information by unauthorized persons

Classified Information
Belongs to the Government Cannot be published without written authority Cannot be used for personal gain All applicable laws and regulations, including Title 18, U.S. Code, are available for review Please contact us if you have any questions

Proprietary Information
Do not reveal information unique to this company Take care not to include such information in resumes, unclassified scientific, technical or research papers If unsure, please contact us for guidance

Notes of Interest Personnel clearances can be transferred up to two years after termination Knowing the level and date of clearance will allow easy transference to new employer, if needed
