Findings Timing for completion of tasks and SUS scoring are our two main data figures Looking at the data, the most useful piece of evidence to us is the SUS testing. Albright: 82.77 Misericordia: Widner: 65 A few of these problems and errors were consistent throughout each website. Scrolling issues: “Oh its getting caught right there, that's stupid” “When I scroll it catches the upcoming events” Issues getting back to homepage: “I thought this would take me back” Mental Model- shopping cart
20
Recommendations Link directly on Widener’s athletic page to access apparel site Scrolling constrains the user- needs to be changed or moved on the page Mascot placement- constraints view of the page so it needs to be placed so its effective Logo gives false signifier- needs to link to the homepage Link location of apparel for Albright Tab Organization

Conclusion From the data that we collected we have determined that Albright was the most organized, aesthetically pleasing, and the easiest to use. It has the highest SUS score and most of our test subjects stated out loud during the test or in their comments that it was their favorite.
