7 Definitions Anxiety Being fearful and tense.
Unpleasant physical symptoms - fast heart rate, a thumping heart, feeling sick, shaking, sweating, dry mouth, chest pain, headaches, fast breathing. Restless, irritable,unable to relax As if something awful is about to happen.

8 Stress Feeling of strain or pressure.
Stress: When the problem is perceived as bigger than our ability to deal with it.
