2 Superlative Adjectives
We use superlative adjectives to compare three or more people or things.

3 Superlative Adjectives
We usually add the before the adjective and add –est to it to form a superlative adjective. fast the fastest slow the slowest

4 Superlative Adjectives
We change y to i for most adjectives that end in y. healthy the healthiest heavy the heaviest

5 Superlative Adjectives
We double the last letter for most adjectives if the second last letter is a, e, i, o or u. fat the fattest fit the fittest

6 Who is the weakest? Mr Mo is the weakest.
Example 1 Mr Murphy Mr Fisher Mr Mo Who is the weakest? Mr Mo is the weakest.
