Because E-Gov is organised through functional processes Because of orizontal and vertical integration among levels of Government Because we should start thinking of pan-European services

ICT impacts on Gov Coordination & Collaboration We can call them “reference disciplines”, major issues which inform the definition of research questions. The last issue comes from the bi-directional inflence between PA and ICT. IN the questionnaire and interview we will tru to assess also whether or not the ICT did modify the coordination among levels of gov.

Depicting the collaboration among the different level of governments in the implementation of e-government services across the national territory. Delineating the coordination of the financial resources from the different governments level to maximize the impact of the implementation of e-government initiatives.
