Personal Finance Learning Target: In order to successfully manage my personal finances, I will analyze issues that help me make the decision of whether I should rent, continue to rent, or buy a home. I will know I have it when: (1) I understand the advantages and disadvantages of renting/owning a home; (2) I can define important housing terminology (mortgage, down payment, equity, etc.); and (3) I can identify the major components of a standard housing lease agreement.

-complete Renting/Leasing vs. Owning module (Module #6)
-when Module #6 is completed: AP ONLY: look over Building Wealth (HO from earlier), then: (1) complete Sandra’s Balance Sheet; (2) complete the first three Real Life Balance Sheets; (3) and complete the questions on charitable contributions and bankruptcy (use class set HO on front bookshelf) DUE WEDNESDAY
