Welcome to our classroom! I am thrilled to share my experiences and love of learning with you and your kids! Seneca Valley graduate Westminster College BA Education/Spanish minor University of Pittsburgh- M.Ed. Transportation AM: Ride bus to school Pick Up: 11:30 am
Use sign with your child’s first name, last name, and room number Allow others to merge Pick up behind classroom PM: Drop Off at 12:43 Ride bus home from school One stop unless arranged with transportation Students may not ride bus with others Special Pick Up begins at 3:25 Special Pick up always requires a driver’s license

Student Absences Send a written excuse (pink paper) or use the SV Portal Extended vacations need to be approved 2 weeks prior to trip Form can be found at svsd.net under “Forms” Work can be requested in advance, but is not necessary

Supplies Pencil box will travel back and forth
Community school supplies (listed on my teacher webpage) Take Home folder travels back and forth each day Sight word boxes

Communication Weekly newsletter sent home each weekend (update your portal information!) is fastest for questions/concerns Call school office for phone conference Conferences in November

Birthdays Seneca Valley requires Non-Edible treats (no exceptions)
Pencils, treat bags, bubbles, etc. Summer birthdays celebrated as a Happy Halfa
