Monthly budget lines create monthly buckets and annual request amount.
Annual budget lines remove any existing monthly buckets and sets annual request amount.
Monthly budget lines related to detail compensation object codes (2000, 2400, 2480, 2500) will spread an existing annual request amount if the sum of the monthly buckets matches.

BC Documents must exist for newly budgeted account/sub-accounts and pulled up to a user’s edit level.
Track/Implement Position reclassification changes that affect default object code usage.
Create/Finalize eDocs for new appointments before import. (Hire,Transfer – Employee/Position combination must be active in current/prospective year).
