2. Current Tuition is $10,680 (2017-2018)
Payments are divided into 12 payments starting in May and ending in April.
Registration Fee is $650
Parent Service Commitment Fee       $200
(billed with tuition July 1 and refunded to account when volunteer services are completed by parents)
Graduation Fee $225 (12th Grade Only)
Advanced Placement $120-$340 based on number of exams taken
College Application Processing Fee $25 (12th Grade Only)

3. Facts Grant Aid Assessment
SJA uses Facts Grant Aid Assessment to help us organize and analyze family financial applications.
Families pay Facts an application fee.
Facts does not provide any tuition assistance they only analyze family data.

4. Important Dates
November 07, 2017 –Admissions application and $50 exam fee are due./ Open House
November 11, 2017 –Entrance Exam at SJA. Students must test at SJA to be considered in initial application process.
December 20, Admissions decision letters are mailed.
January 02, 2018 –Process begins. Tuition assistance application is available at
February 28, 2018 – Deadline to apply for financial assistance.
April 28, 2018 –Financial Assistance process ends.

5. Average Tuition Assistance Award $2,400
Most important! – Please submit the application for tuition assistance on time!
You must include 2016 and 2017 tax returns.
If the 2017 tax return has not been done, please submit 2017 W2 forms and/or 1099’s
Families with siblings only need to complete one application.

Over $250, in need-based tuition assistance is awarded each year.

Must I reapply each year?
Yes. All families must reapply.
Generally over 15% of our students receive tuition assistance.
Students must test for the entrance exam at SJA in order to be considered for the initial application process.

8. Scholarships
Presidential Scholarship - $500 registration discount on 3 highest scores of the Entrance Exam.
