Coming out of StandIn
OD establishes connection to Host/Provider
Each transaction is sent to OD and OD forwards that txn to Host/Provider that is already connected
If the request is successful, it processes the transaction in online mode and StandIn is not required
In case the send fails i.e. host gets disconnected, OD sends send fail error to StandIn TD and StandIn is performed for that transaction by the StandIn TD for that transaction
