3. FPOA Strategic Plan- Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Folmont Property Owners Association (FPOA) to preserve the heritage of the Folmont area while respecting the environment and building a community for its residents. The FPOA is committed to leaving a legacy of community, forests and wildlife for future generations.

4. FPOA Strategic Plan-Goals
Enforce the Covenants by:
Overseeing the rules governing architectural
design and structure
Overseeing rules concerning timbering
activities
Maintaining a fair and equitable assessments
Providing an accurate and balanced yearly budget
Maintaining an open and yearly audited account
balance
Maintain a policy and procedure manual that is
current to the needs of the community and the
mission of the FPOA.

Communicate with the membership by:
Publishing a newsletter
Maintaining an accurate membership directory
Conducting quarterly Board of Directors Meetings
Conducting an annual membership meeting open
to all FPOA Members
Responding promptly and courteously to

The strategic plan will be revisited on a yearly basis.

Foster Volunteerism by:
Recruiting members to serve on the standing committees of architecture, road maintenance, Parks, entrances and recreation and environment
Recruiting and training the next generation of potential board directors
Providing yearly activities such as pothole filling, park cleaning, trail clearing, historical seminars, artistic expressions etc.

Maintaining and improving the roads
Exploring improvements in electronic information access
Maintaining the Right of Ways
Maintaining the gates and entrance ways
