3. Committee charge Our aim for this meeting is:
To inform on the project status;
To follow-up and describe the progress on your recommendations;
To inform on the status and progress in our application to SSM;
To present an update on Radiation Protection matters;
To provide an update on Occupational Health & Safety matters;
To present the progress on the Management System;
To introduce Information Security.
In view of the start of commissioning the normal conducting linac towards the end of 2019, we specifically ask for your advice on the:
Preparedness of operational radiation protection;
Preparedness of occupational health and safety;
Status of the licensing work.
