A recommendation from the Commons and also supported by Lattice is that one Wednesday afternoon a month is reserved for T&L events – without this, not everyone will be able to participate

16 staff took part – just under half of eligible staff with a core group of 12
We held 6 sessions, total number of attendances, 52, average attendance 8.6% members of staff
Each session lasted between an hour – hour 20 minutes so conservatively, that is 65 hours of staff development
Developed the Blackboard presence
And a paper for INTED in Valencia in March

All the survey participants said that they would like to take part in something similar in the future & there are a number of suggestions for future events
