Parent Expectations Ensure Physical is Current
Players will be unable to practice without a current physical Have physician complete the FHSAA Pre-participation Physical Evaluation form Find out when your Physical expires and plan accordingly. Don’t wait until the middle of the summer because you Will NOT Practice
