2. What is “learning”? This is a nerve cell, aka neuron:
-Neurons carry information through the body
Information is passed between neurons where they connect, at points called synapses.
Your brain has all the neurons it will ever have at birth – that doesn’t change (unless YOU kill them!)

3. Using the brain causes new connections to form between neurons and THAT is learning!
The more we think, the stronger and faster the connection gets.
Growing your brain is like building muscles training for a sport – it grows and gets better if you use it.
