Intervention group mean score outcomes for maternal BMI, blood pressure and glycemic level, pre and post intervention. Criteria for diagnosis of GDM are: fasting plasma glucose 5.1–6.9 mmol/L, or 1-hour glucose ≥ 10 mmol/L, or 2-hour glucose 8.5–11 mmol/L; (a) Normal glycemic level in pregnancy: fasting plasma glucose < 5.1 mmol/L, or 1-hour glucose < 10.0, or 2-hour glucose < 8.5 mmol/L; (b) Normal glycemic level in non-diabetic non-pregnancy: 4.0–5.9 mmol/L (fasting) and < 7.8 mmol/L (2 h after meal).
