In the AOCS cohort, high expression of ABCB1 is associated with shorter PFS, either (A) in the overall cohort, or (B) in the subgroup of patients with sub-optimally debulked tumors. Kaplan–Meier curves were generated following dichotomisation of gene expression to high or low expression with respect to the optimal cut-point, determined as the 15th percentile in the whole cohort, or the 30th percentile in the sub-optimally debulked subgroup.
