0 401(k) Transition Timeline
Let’s start by introducing our team. During our presentation, we will provide specific details on how we can help you achieve your goals.

1 Important dates during the conversion
January 03, 2014: Black-Out Period Begins This is the transition period when you will not have website access to the plan. You will not be able to request a distribution or loan at this time. January 09,2014: Black-Out Period Ends The actual period of time for the plan to be in blackout may be less than anticipated. All participants will be notified when the transition has been completed.

2 Investment mapping and transfer process
Investment mapping is the process of directing your current investment elections to similar investments options available on the ADP Platform. Your account will remain invested during the blackout period. The transfer from your current investment elections to the new investment elections will occur over a 24 hour period. There will be no changes to eligibility, vesting, or employer contributions.

BY PHONE: Retirement Plan Information Line: The automated voice response system can be accessed toll free . For assistance, dial “0” after you have entered your social security number and PIN. *** New participants will need to complete the application. They will be mailed log-in information. ***
