By Aggreagating the Individual Level File individual.sav aggregate /outfile = ’[YOUR DIR]\aggregate.sav' /presorted /break = hazon92 /newvar = sum (oldvar).

Matching Aggreagated Household Level Variables
to Individuals aggregate.sav individual.sav Match files file = ’individual.sav' /table = ’aggregate.sav' /by = hazon92. Execute.
