6 What is a Manager? A textbook definition of a manager is a person whose role within the organization is to carry out the management process and reach company goals through other people. 7 What is Michael Porter’s business strategy?
The major distinction is that Porter's Five Forces model is used to analyze the competitive environment within an industry, often focusing on external forces, while a SWOT analysis tends to look more deeply within an organization to analyze its internal potential. Porter's Five Forces are also generally more of a micro-tool, while SWOT analysis is comparatively macro (

Corporate Social Responsibility Mission Statement A good mission statement can be a useful tool to help guide the business in it desirable direction It is the “why” of business strategy. It defines what the company does for its customers It defines what the company does for its employees It defines what the company does for its owners. It defines what the company does for it community. It defines what the company doe for the world. It is the company's goals ethics, culture, and norms for decision –making processes. It is the purpose of the organization.

10 APA Cover Page Running Head- SWOT ANALYSIS-Company Name. Page number in the upper right Name, School, Professor, and Name of assignment (centered) Abstract (If your professor requires it). Try to avoid using contractions in academic writing (don’t change to do not, I’m to I am, etc.). Use section headers – The first one will be centered and sub-headings will be on the left hand side.
