Students attend Academic Seminars/ Lectures based on their academic backgrounds. Range of departments/ schools: School of Engineering School of Social Work/ Public Policy School of Environmental and Biological Science Rutgers Business School School of Arts and Sciences etc.

13. Application Process and Deadlines 2017
April 28:      
deadline for student applications to Rutgers China Office (RCO) via Online Application Form (download from )
May 01 – May 05:
RCO sends out confirmation to students/ university via
May 19:
students pay full program fee (easier and cheaper to pay in a group)
May 22-26:
RCO sends invitation letters to students via , to university via mail
After May 26:
Once they receive invitation letters, students can apply for visa*
*If visa application is unsuccessful, full program fee will be returned
