2. DAY 2 – SECRETS OF THE NORTHERN LIGHTS AND AURORA CAMPFIRE:
DAY 1 – ARRIVAL – WELCOME TO LAPLAND! Welcome to Hotel Harriniva, Muonio, Lapland.
Dinner in the restaurant and overnight in cozy hotel room.
DAY 2 – SECRETS OF THE NORTHERN LIGHTS AND AURORA CAMPFIRE:
After breakfast you can either relax and enjoy the beautiful nature or add on one of our exciting safaris.
In the evening you will get to know the secrets of the Northern Lights. Our guide will tell you of the appearance and the birth of the Northern Lights. After informative presentation, we will head out and make campfire. While making pancakes on the campfire you’ll find yourself on the perfect spot to admire the Northern Lights.
DAY 3 – HUNTING AURORAS AND GLAMPING:
For the evening you have two options to hunt the Northern Lights.
Explore the Lappish nature and hunt the Northern Lights on a horseback with your guide or heat out by car in search of the Northern Lights. Your guide till check the weather forecast and take you to the area with the best chances of sightings for that evening.
Dinner in the restaurant and overnight in our amazing Aurora Dome.
Spend an extraordinary night camping in the Aurora Dome. It is a comfortable way to spend a night in the wilderness in the comfort and warmth of a cozy bed and a fireplace. The see-through side wall of the dome is directed towards the northern sky with a view over the Lake Toras-Sieppi. The scenery to the untouched Lappish wilderness is breathtaking even on cloudy nights! Nearest facilities with sauna, toilet and shower are located in Torassieppi only 50m away.
DAY 4 –DEPARTURE– FAREWELL LAPLAND!
After breakfast it is time to say goodbye Lapland!
