2 Figure 1 Rates of partial virological responders (PVR), defined as patients with detectable HBV DNA by PCR assay at Week 24 for LMV and LDT and Week 48 for ADV, ETV, TDF. Viremia was quantified by Roche Cobas Amplicor PCR assay with a lower detection limit of 300copies/ml for LMV, LDT and ETV and by Roche Cobas Taq-Man PCR assay with a lower detection limit of 400copies/ml for TDF. Studies were not head-to-head. Baseline HBV DNA was expressed as log copies/ml.
