Goals:
Link social media to the TIAER website to bring audiences inward
To provide usefule information in a simple manner for visiting audiences

Industrial Era (B2B or B2C)
Human Era (H2H)
Agencies cast a shadow on audience with power and authority demanding respect
Encourages agencies to be a peer by individualizing audience and building authentic connections
Human-To-Human (H2H) Marketing taps into the human psyche and helps form a more broad, complete form of marketing.

5. Share meetings that involve stakeholder groups.
News and events to be updated regularly and on photo slideshow
Share meetings that involve stakeholder groups.
Meetings & news will be shared via social media platforms to promote website traffic

6. Use photos on social media platforms
Update all photos
Include more public meeting photos
Keep photos that show student engagement & teaching, field work, and laboratory (especially mobile lab)
Include more photos of field work, TIAER workshops, personnel at trainings and networking, etc.
Add photos in news and events for public relations
Use photos on social media platforms
Link from social media to the website (not other way around!)

7. Promote student engagement & involvement
Not something to be overdone but can be highlighted during slower months

8. Promote Mobile Lab by providing a “video tour”
Added after YouTube channel is live
Benefit: directs traffic to and from, website, YouTube channel, and other social media platforms

9. Remove unnecessary links

No other department at Tarleton has this on their website
Consolidate “Past Projects”
Ethiopia Consortium, Nolan Creek, RUAAs
Revise links and link titles to condense “wordiness”
Insert information from “Environmental Public Policy” link into the “Legislative Creation and History” link
Economic & Environmental Modeling  reads Modeling and Analysis
Field Research and Monitoring  reads Field Operations
