1. Internet Explorer Compatibility View Settings
Before logging into new version of Siebel via Internet Explorer, please follow the instructions below to ensure your Compatibility View Settings are set correctly for proper functioning of Siebel.
Open Compatibility View Settings
- If you have the menu bar at the top of your Internet Explorer window as shown below, you can access “Compatibility View Settings” by clicking Tools/Compatibility View settings as shown in the screenshot on the left below. If you don’t have the menu bar at the top of Internet Explorer, you can click on the gear icon and then “Compatibility View settings” as shown in the screenshot on the right below.

2. 2. Remove the highlighted entries below, uncheck the “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View” checkbox and then click “Close”.
