A hole between the atria, if not fixed blood will go into the right atria, enlarging the right side of the heart. ASD = Atrial Septal defect

Fatty deposits in the arteries, thus narrowing the arteries. CAD = Coronary Artery Disease

PFO – Patent foramen ovale
This is a congenital heart defecting caused from the foramen ovale not closing shortly after birth. PFO – Patent foramen ovale
