i. The CLERK will sign his/her name across half of each flap and on the center seam on the reverse of the PS Form 3977 after it is sealed. The COPE/Commander/Postal Officer will sign his/her name across the remaining half of each flap and on the center seam of the PS Form 3977 after it is sealed. An impression of the CLERK’s All Purpose Dating Stamp will be placed on all intersecting seams.
