Come in the main door, the same you came in today. Show your admissions card with the room sticker you got today. You will be taken to your seat. You will be sitting with other pupils from your primary school. If you are the only member of your primary school, you will be sitting with others who are also the only pupils of their primary school.

Watch the Clock! YOU WILL HAVE 1 HOUR
12
What will I be told before the test begins?
The test will last one hour. You will be told the time every fifteen minutes. Answer the questions IN PENCIL. Begin at the beginning. If you can’t answer a question, leave and go on to the next. Do rough work on the paper provided.
13
What will I be told before the test begins?
Always be neat whether answering the question or changing the answer. Do not cheat by copying someone else’s answer. Do not help anyone else. If you need anything, raise your hand.
14
Just before the test begins you will be told….
…how many pages there are in the paper; …to begin at the beginning; … to turn over when you finish a page without waiting to be told; … you will not be allowed to leave if you finish the test early; …to look over your work when you have finished and check that you have not left out a page.
15
The Invigilator If there is anything wrong with the paper
if there is a page missing if it is not clearly printed raise your hand. The invigilator will not be able to help you answer a question!
16
What happens if I am late?
Don’t panic: remember there are three papers; come to the entrance you came in today; someone will be waiting at the entrance; you will be taken to your seat; you cannot be given extra time, but answer as many questions as you can without rushing.
17
When the test has finished…
you will be told to put down your pencils; you must finish at that point, even if you are half-way through a question; you must sit quietly while the papers are being collected; when told to go, leave the room without talking or making any noise; you will be taken to meet your parents at the main entrance..
