What is Positive Self-Talk?
The act or practice of talking to oneself, either aloud or silently and is mentally positive. (

The Relation of Positive Self-Talk and Motivation With Setting Goals
Human beings are always talking to themselves. You are always having a constant conversation within yourself, either out loud or internally. This conversation is called self-talk. Self-talk, either positive or negative, is what motivates you to do what you do. Your attitude, behavior, mental health, and actions come from this self-talk, even if it isn’t intentional. This type of self-talk will affect you reaching your goals.

Staying positive and motivated can be difficult. Meeting goals are associated with your mental attitude and self-talk. Negative self-talk can lead to loss of focus and not meeting your goals. Creating a vision/dream board can turn positive thoughts into reaching goals.
