After each installation, customers receive a follow-up call from our office.  Happy customers get a personalized, hand-written note thanking them for their business and asking them to write an online review.  We include a “how to” guide that provides step-by step instructions for writing reviews on Facebook, Google Maps, Google+, Yelp, Twitter, and Angie’s List.  This practice has helped us to balance our online reputation with our excellent offline reputation.
