Beginning in late-1990s – moved to NWORBD items that have no circulation within the past 7 years – time to complete a PhD. review: No activity for the past 8 years; one or fewer circulations Broad aim is to create a main stacks collection with static growth – approximately the same number of volumes added to the collection as transferred to NWORBD or withdrawn.

Sort list by call number. Export to Excel
Sort list by call number. Export to Excel. Create LC call number sort order column. Assign by call number to subject area and to librarian. Selectors use filters to examine segments of the list.

Three possible actions:
Retain in Jerome Library Main Stacks Transfer to NWORBD (OHDEP) Withdraw Transfer to NWORBD: Transfer to OHDEP statewide depository system. If BGSU to retain a copy, need to retain in Jerome Library
