ARAG, a leading provider of legal insurance, polled general consumers and its plan members and found that legal insurance enabled members to feel less stressed than those without a plan. Where do I turn? How do I get started? Without a legal plan, 79% of polled consumers don’t know how to get started. In contrast, of the plan members they polled, 91% believe they do have a place to start. What are my options? Without a legal plan, 76% of polled consumers don’t understand their options or what might be best for handling their legal issues. In contrast, of the plan members polled, 90% do understand their options and what is best. How much time will be involved in resolving this? Without a legal plan, 76% of polled consumers don’t believe they have the time to deal with their situation. In contrast, of the plan members polled, 85% believe they do save time finding attorneys and other resources to handle their issue.
