7. Third Grade Math
Operations and Algebraic Thinking (OA): patterns and properties of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division: estimation, fact families, multi-step word problems
Number and Operations in Base 10 (NBT): place value and rounding, adding and subtracting within 1000, multiplication and division
Geometry (G): 2 dimensional plane shapes, quadrilaterals, equal parts, fractions

8. Math Continued Simple fractions and decimals

Use technology to safely search for information
Use a laptop and iPads to participate in school curriculum: Accelerated Reader, Spellingcity, Lexia, Xtramath, Newsela, and some of the I-Suite Programs (imovie, iphoto, powerpoint)

Be sure to check agendas for daily/weekly homework assignments and sign every night!!!
Be sure to check your child’s work in the Friday Folders and return them on Mondays or the first school day of the week
