7. Expected results and achievements
Understanding of learning outcomes and ability to use learning outcomes approach by VET and enterprise tutors in work-based learning and apprenticeships – the understanding and ability to use will be achieved through practical training activities
More uniformity and steps towards alignment of learning outcomes and ECVET approaches among 4 countries, which means facilitated process of transnational mobilities, transparency and recognition of learning outcomes between countries-participants
Practical experience and working with learning outcomes in different sectors
Practical training program, where VET tutors and enterprise tutors are trained together
