3 Figure 1 Distribution according to Kleiner fibrosis stage of (A) ELF test, (B) FibroTest, and (C) TE. The red horizontal lines represent cutoffs at 10.5 for ELF, 0.58 for FibroTest, and 15 kPa for TE. With AUROC curves for (D) ELF, (E) FibroTest, and (F) TE. 4 Figure 2 Calibration slopes for ELF, FibroTest, and TE. The upper graphs (maroon lines) represent the overall study cohort, the lower graphs (blue lines and red lines) represent the primary and secondary care patients. Calibration slopes graph the agreement between predicted probability of advanced fibrosis on the x-axis and observed proportion with advanced fibrosis on the y-axis. The black dashed line represents perfect calibration, with 100% agreement. The histograms show the number of actual patients with advanced fibrosis (above the line) and number of patients without (below the line) according to the predicted probabilities on the x-axis. Calibration slopes for the six indirect fibrosis indices and for 2D-SWE and TE in intention-to-diagnose can be seen in Supplementary Figures 2 and 3. 5 Figure 3 Correlation between ELF and TE measurements. The black dots represent correct classifications with the ELF test. The red dots represent ELF false positives (to the right of the vertical 10.5 cutoff line). Of 21 false positives with ELF, 14 were true negative with TE (below the horizontal 15 kPa line). The blue dots represent ELF false negatives (left of the 10.5 line). Of 14 false negatives with ELF, 9 were true positive with TE (above the 15-kPa line).
