Very important to verify students that have prohibitive behavior or non-standard accommodation flagged on these screens. If incorrect, they must be appealed. Students marked as prohibitive behavior or non-standard accommodation will NOT receive a score Important to verify students who took MI-Access and MEAP-Access are all flagged as SE. If they are not and should be for MEAP-Access, it must be corrected in MSDS by end-of-day Wednesday, November 27 MI-Access Verification of Answer Documents period is AFTER deadline for making corrections in MSDS, so important to ensure students taking MI-Access are ID’d SE prior to that window Students not flagged as SE will NOT receive a MI-Access or MEAP-Access score Bureau of Assessment and Accountability Services (BAA)

Answer Documents Received The search can be filtered by any of the demographic fields listed in the Search Criteria section. For example, if you would like to display a list of your students who are identified as economically disadvantaged (ED), simply change the search criteria on the “ED” field to “Yes.” Test Discrepancy is a great way to identify answer documents that were not received by the contractor and may be missing. If content areas were taken with a test cycle other than the test cycle selected, this will be reflected in the appropriate content area column. The Tested column will indicate if the student tested (Y) or was pre-identified (P) for an assessment. Bureau of Assessment and Accountability Services (BAA)
