CONUS +10 up to toal 20
Domiciliaries +20 up to 30

7. CAN’s and CANNOT’s CAN: combine with chargeable leave

take it all at once or in parts
CANNOT:
combine with liberty weekends
holidays
special liberty

8. Excess Leave: Not available for retirees 30 day max
For extreme and rare cases

9. Key Points: TSM’s Request PTDY/TAD or excess leave not both
