Objects that are closer are bigger
Objects further away toward the horizon line and vanishing point get smaller
Edges and lines in space lead to vanishing point(s)
Added to Linear Perspective:
Objects in foreground are more detailed than objects in background
Objects in foreground have more saturated color than objects in background
Objects in foreground overlap objects in background

5. What does this mean? There is a loss of:
Color saturation
Contrast
Detail
Texture
as objects get further away from the viewer.

8. SIZE Smaller objects seem further away OVERLAPPING
An object overlapping another appears closer

Objects loss of detail and texture becomes less apparent (flat) as objects get further away

Objects higher on the page appear to be further away
VALUE/COLOR
Objects or shadows that are darker in value or brighter/more intense in color appear closer
