4. Status and prospects DØ release area available
Files can be delivered to the nodes
Demonstrated by Sinisa; but don’t manage (right now) to run a “getroot” project in batch mode
Problems running (some) programs
Different kernel version? Could be noise
Issues with one of the nodes crashing
Hangs; possibly memory problem?
Expect 1Gbit/s connection to outside world ~several months
Amount of disk space
Will buy new server with 2 TByte of disk space attached
