Assigned Monday-Thursday Important practice to reinforce classroom learning Should be checked initially at home using the posted answers Checked & Reviewed Daily Should not take more than 30 minutes per night Absent? Forgot their planner? Can’t call a friend? Assignments are posted on my teacher website:

Cumulative Reviews Cumulative Reviews (CRs) are…
Designed to help students recall information learned prior to 6th grade and topics covered from the beginning of the year Assigned approximately 3 times each quarter Collected and graded as a homework grade Students will be given about a week to complete each one.

Extra-Help As of right now… by appointment (before school, lunch, etc.) Please encourage your child to take advantage of extra-help if you see that they are struggling.

How can you help your child?
Help them review basic math facts Have your child review the notes posted on my website Check their homework planner and make sure homework is complete Have them teach you! Check their math notebook/folder weekly and help them maintain its organization
