Here’s the New Behavior Plan—Token System
1. Each table will be given 1 token for each student at the table group. (Remind us to pass out the tokens, just in case we forget.) 2. Tokens can be added to a table or taken from a table at Mrs. Hinds, Mrs. Chew’s, or any visitor in our room’s discretion. 3. Tokens will be tallied every day at the end of class. 4. . The table with the most tokens at the end of the week will be given a reward of some type for the week. 5. Tokens restart daily.

Reasons to Gain a Token 2. Exceptional work
1. Working as team (All members are contributing) 2. Exceptional work 3. All table members are focused on the task at hand. 4. Every table member is treating each other with kindness. 5. Everyone is giving their best.
7
Reasons to Lose a Token 1. Excessive talking that impacts learning.
2. Not being on task 3. Not working on science material 4. Not working as a team 5. Being out of your area during learning time.

What happens if my table is out of all tokens during class?
1. If your table runs out of tokens during a class period, then all table members will receive a lunch detention. 2. If this becomes a repeated offense, then a phone call home will occur in addition to the lunch detention. 3. If the disruption continues then a referral will be written.
