4. TARDY Caution: Arriving late or being absent sanctions are involved
If you are late:
Enter silently
Write your name in the tardy log
Start working

5. Restroom Only if it is an emergency After 10 minutes bell rings
Request Permission with two fingers
Grab the hall pass (green)
Write your name and time
Return sooner because more than 10 minutes outside of the classroom, sanctions will be applied.

6. Nurse Office Stand up and take the slip form Fill out the nurse pass
Give it to the teacher for signing
Go direct to the nurse office. An or phone call will be done to verify your health
Return with a yellow paper signed once you are dismissed. More than 10 minutes outside of classroom will be reported
Request for help if you need it.

7. Classroom procedures
Follow all the standards and expectations mentioned in previous week
Remember cell phone is used when the permission is granted
Eating in classroom will be provided in specific situations
