1. How to Use the Drag and Drop Feature in RISe

2. RISe users now have the ability to use a new drag and drop feature when attaching documents in RISe.
The feature works for the straightforward attaching of documents onto the system. You’ll notice the system will display when you hover your mouse over the section you wish to attach a document. This is a marker that the drag and drop feature will work.

3. There are, however, more complicated document attachment scenarios that, unfortunately, do not allow for the usage of the new drag and drop feature. When the indicator does not show up the feature will not work.
