3. AD Responsibilities
Administer affairs of specific Area within District & act as liaison between Clubs & District Leadership Team
Report to Governor
Voting member of District Board
Participate in monthly AD calls with Governor
Visit each Club in Area at least once during biennium
Attend all Leadership Team meetings/conference calls, Governor’s Seminar and District Conference
Plan & lead (along with host club) an Area Meeting in 2017 & 2018
Provide reports to District Leadership Team as requested
Update D12 website with Area dates
Partner with D12 Committee Chairs to meet their goals
Give workshops/presentations as requested for Governor’s Seminar,
District Conference, Leadership Training calls

4. AD Responsibilities Be a mentor to Club Presidents in your Area
Hold monthly or bimonthly meetings/conference calls w/ Club Presidents
Support & strengthen rapport w/ Clubs by attending Club events
Follow up with Clubs to get items in on time
Visit new Clubs in Area at least once, but preferably twice per year, with first visit occurring within 90 days of Club’s charter
Review minutes of Club & Club Board meetings during first year of existence with Governor and Chair of SOM committee
Act as troubleshooter & facilitator for Clubs with low membership or disbanding

Work w/ host club
