How to Update your Contact Information (Business- Billing - Technical etc) To Update your Contact Information please submit an request to your Sales Account Manager including the following details for each contact Type of Contact: Business, Billing, Technical First Name : Last Name : Business Title: Work Phone Number: Mobile Phone Number: Fax Number : Address: Your Sales Account Manager will validate the information and complete our internal Carrier Profile Update Process (CPUP) form and submit the change for implementation within 10 business days after receipt of all the required & validated information. Note: If you do not have your Sales Account Manager’s contact information please your Carrier Relations Manager noted as a billing contact on your invoice/statement.
