We will implement a simple amplifier circuit utilizing the LM741 Op Amp (Radio Shack # )

3. Why?
Sometimes it is necessary to amplify the low voltage output from a sensor such that it can be read by a micro controller
With the addition of capacitors an op amp can be used to filter high and low frequencies from a signal

They can also be modified as low pass filters

8. Experiment
Using Z1=Z2=10K and the 5 volt line from your power supply as Vin, construct a voltage divider to output 2.5 volts
